SCRIPTED & DOCUMENTARY PRODUCTION
Many of these projects are from my time at Film School where I earned a degree in Television, Film, and New Media Production from San Diego State University. At SDSU I emphasized in Writing and Directing and even had the opportunity to write and direct my thesis film at the end of the program. The skills and experiences I gained from this program provided the framework for which all of my post-grad work relies on.
Tell Me Who Am I?
"Tell Me Who Am I" is my thesis film which I Wrote and Directed. The film raised over $7,000 which went towards paying actors and crew members, building a set, and renting equipment. It was filmed over 3 days in North Park, South Park and in studio.
Love During a Pandemic
Directed and Edited this Documentary during the height of the pandemic as a study of how people were connecting during those uncertain times. This project feels like a time capsule.
Chicano Park
Directed and edited as a study in pacing, still shots, and sound design.
Decendence
Directed and edited as a project with the only rule being no on-screen dialog.
